We offer an update depending on the package you have selected. Customers can request us free unlimited updates and we will review their design at no additional cost as long as the design and concept remain the same. Transliteration Time can be up to 48 hours.
In any case, any project project deposits will not be subject to a refund after delivery if the original design ideas are approved, or a change is requested unless LogoMist cancels or terminates your Contract for any other reason other than your breach or non-performance.
You make the request when the original ideas for the website are provided. However, once you have approved or requested changes to the original designs, the return offer becomes void and the claim request will not be processed.
If a refund request is made prior to submission of original design ideas, you will be eligible for a Full Refund (less than 10% for service and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (less than 10% for service fee and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48- 120 hours of the original project delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less than 10% for service and processing).
No refund request will be made after 120 hours of delivery of your original design, but as we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you are encouraged to contact us in the event of a concern.
No refund will be received if you have not done anything with your order 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to renew your design order, you will be charged a fee depending on your project.
No refund requests will be enjoyed after the final file submission.
In website packages no refund will be enjoyed once the website development is complete or once the website has been released live.
In video animation packages no refund request will be received after the dashboard design.
All refund requests must be forwarded to the support department. LogoMist, based on a violation of your user agreement, reserves the right to authorize / deny your application in each case.
A refund request will need to be valid reasoned as opposed to a short design and customer response for a review. Unless the concept is not designed in accordance with this, a refund will not be granted but further revisions will be granted until you are fully satisfied.
Refund guarantee is based on the fact that the order is placed in good faith. When a customer submits design orders with more than one design agency for the same purpose for a refund, we do not consider it a good belief. In such a case we have the right to refuse a refund request.
All design tasks require customer feedback before completing the design so it is best for the customer to be involved and provide feedback to get the desired results.
100% unique design guarantee allows you to redesign if our designed web design is found to be very similar to any other web design that may already exist. Any similarity to the existing design will be automatic and LogoMist will not accept any liability or claim for any compensation in such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain his or her copyrighted work of art.

My Account Location is an easy way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the location of the account to address any questions, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. Not checking or using the Account Location regularly will not give you sufficient reasons for the refund. Domain and hosting will be provided free of charge through the web packages, where applicable. All email accounts provided and web packages can be configured in a third-party email softwares like outlook. Each email account will have 10MB of space. If you are not a host of your website with us, we will not provide you with email accounts. There is no refund for the hosting package, domain or email server
All design order files are delivered to My Account by the date specified in “Order Verification”. The Company will assist the Client with integration of third-party plugins and APIs but any third-party integration required to assist with website operation will be STRICTLY standard. The Company will not have anything to do with any third-party transactions during the development of this project. All additional work will require a separate funding agreement.
